Shipping & Returns

  Shipping Policy


  • All orders are generally shipped out within 24-48 hours upon completion Monday through Friday.  Orders are not shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  • During promotional periods and holiday specials orders may take between 3-5 business days depending upon the volume of orders being received at that time.  Please plan accordingly.

  • Please make sure your order is correct before finalizing.  Once your order has been processed, we are unable to change the mailing address, add products to your order, add coupons and/or promo codes or combine multiple orders.

  • Shipping options include USPS, UPS & FedEx.  Shipping time will vary depending upon the shipping option chosen by the customer.  

  • Any Free shipping promotions offered by our company, keep in mind orders may take longer in processing time, so please plan accordingly.  We also reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping option of our choice.

 International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally to countries that do not have any shipping restrictions from the United States.  
  • First Class Mail International is the most affordable international shipping option through USPS, however keep in mind that it only includes tracking to customs, and does not include insurance.
  • All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.  

 Changes to Orders 

  • Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting your order to us.

  • We are unable to add any discount codes to any order that has been processed.

  • If you need to make a add or remove a product from an order that has not been shipped, you must email us at, providing us with your order number and request the order be cancelled.  Once we have verified that your order has not shipped, your existing order will be cancelled and you must place a new order with all the necessary changes.  Keep in mind that this may place a hold on your credit or debit card for both orders until the cancelled order has been refunded through your bank.


  • Orders may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from original purchase date.  Orders must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in resealable condition.  Refunds may take up to 10 business days after we have received the returned products.  No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from purchase.

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items from your order.

  • Returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it’s the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

  • No refunds will be given for any Digital products.


  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at and include your order number.  We are happy to cancel any order that has not been shipped.  Once an order is shipped, you can return any products for a full refund.  (See Returns for more information)
